Terms of Service and Privacy Policy v1.0

Dear users, SimpleTex has established these "Terms of Service and Privacy Policy v1.0" which covers user code of conduct, privacy collection, use, sharing and storage of user information. If you do not agree with the contents of this agreement, please close this product. Using services provided by SimpleTex indicates your agreement with this policy. In the following agreement, all Apps, Mini Programs, and websites related to SimpleTex are referred to as "the Product". The agreement contents are as follows:

1. User Agreement

Users must use network services legally, not for illegal purposes, consciously maintain the reputation of this product, and comply with all network protocols, regulations, procedures and conventions for using network services.

Meanwhile, users shall not use this service for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

  1. Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that endangers national security and unity, disrupts social stability, violates public order and morals, insults, defames, is obscene or violent, or violates any national laws and regulations;
  2. Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that infringes upon others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and other legal rights;
  3. Maliciously fabricating facts, concealing truth to mislead or deceive others;
  4. Publishing, transmitting and disseminating advertising information and spam;
  5. Other acts prohibited by laws and regulations;
  6. Using sensitive political terms or prohibited words as usernames, we have the right to forcibly block such accounts.

2. User Information Agreement

In order to better serve users, users shall provide true and accurate personal information to the product, and personal information shall be immediately corrected if there are changes. If the personal information provided by the user is inaccurate or incorrect, the user shall be responsible for any loss of any nature caused to themselves.

3. Privacy Protection

It is SimpleTex's responsibility to respect personal privacy, and the agreement related to the use of information collected by SimpleTex is as follows:

We may collect some non-personal privacy statistics during your use to enable us to further improve the APP's services. For example, when you browse a web page or applet, this page, the time at that time, and the path to browse this product may be automatically recorded and uploaded to the server.

  1. Cookie

    A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent from a web server to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive, usually including some special identifiers that are used to record your user ID. You can set your preferences to receive all cookies, reject all cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set. However, you must have your cookies enabled to use the services provided by the APP.

  2. Keywords or key phrases entered during queries

    We may encrypt the keywords when they are stored on the server.

  3. Information filled in when registering on the website

    Not to spread, not to open, not to disclose.

  4. Website and APP user authorization information

    Not to be disseminated, not to be opened, not to be leaked.

  5. Data generated in the process of use

    Not to be disseminated, not to be opened, not to be leaked. Some of the data will be used to optimize our products with the highest privacy specification, and the ownership of the data derived from the data is owned by SimpleTex.

4. Information Disclosure and Sharing

SimpleTex will not provide your personal data to anyone. Except for the following cases:

  1. Explicit authorization has been obtained from the user;
  2. As required by relevant laws and regulations or in accordance with the requirements of the court or relevant government departments;
  3. In order to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of APP;
  4. To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the APP's users and the public;
  5. Any other circumstances that APP deems necessary.

5. Storage of User Information

During the process of sending information by users and after the product receives the information, the product will comply with the common industry standards to protect the users' private information. However, no information sent over the Internet or stored in electronic form can ensure 100% security. Therefore, this product will endeavor to use commercially acceptable methods to protect users' personal information, but does not make any guarantees regarding the security of users' information.

6. Update of Privacy Policy

The product has the right to modify the service regulations when necessary. Once the service regulations of the product are changed, the modified content will be updated on the agreement page of the product, and if the user does not agree with the new modified content, he/she must immediately stop using the services agreed in this agreement, otherwise he/she is deemed to fully agree and accept the new modified content. The user understands and fully agrees that the product has the right to interrupt or stop the service according to the objective situation and the change of business policy.

7. Advertising Information and Promotion

  1. The user agrees to accept the information about the service, or the promotion of goods, services or other commercial information related to SimpleTex, SimpleTex's affiliates or the third party with whom SimpleTex has a cooperative relationship, sent by SimpleTex through announcements, emails, SMS, account notifications and instant messengers registered in the user's account.
  2. SimpleTex may provide links to other Internet sites or resources in the Service, and SimpleTex does not guarantee or take responsibility for any content, advertising, products or other materials that exist on or originate from such sites or resources; if the content contained in such links or the content of links provided by search engines violates the rights of users, SimpleTex declares that it is not responsible for SimpleTex disclaims any responsibility for such content, except as expressly provided by law.

8. Rules for Purchasing

  1. Some of our products or services are provided on a paid basis, and you will need to make a purchase or recharge to use them. Please carefully review the type, name, price, quantity, and other order details of the service you are purchasing before placing your order.
  2. When you submit your order and successfully pay the corresponding amount, a sales contract regarding the product or service between you and us is established and effective. Both you and SimpleTex have the right to cancel the service order before the contract is established and takes effect. Please note that no refunds will be given once the contract is established.
  3. The pricing standards and methods of paid services may be adjusted and changed according to actual needs. The prices of products or services offered online are subject to change at any time, and we do not offer price protection or refunds for price reductions or promotions.
  4. Software products may contain authorization/activation information (including but not limited to activation codes, passwords, etc.) that may be leaked and used by other users to open accounts. Such products are considered special goods that do not qualify for return without reason.
  5. We are not responsible for service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure.
  6. If the service becomes unavailable due to reasons other than personal reasons or force majeure, we will refund according to the proportion of service duration to actual usage duration. For permanent/long-term services, refunds will be made according to the proportion of annual fees corresponding to the actual usage duration. (The minimum liability period for long-term services is calculated from the date of payment for 5 years. If service cannot be provided as scheduled after this period, compensation will be negotiated amicably through other means.)

9. Declaration of Rights

SimpleTex and its affiliated SimpleTex (affiliated companies refer to SimpleTex legal persons with whom SimpleTex has a direct or indirect, equity or other form of control and control relationship in the form of an agreement arrangement, and who have a significant influence on the operation of SimpleTex) enjoy and retain complete and undivided ownership of the following contents and/or Intellectual property rights.

  1. Software, technology, programs, code, user interfaces, etc. related to the SimpleTex platform.
  2. Trademarks and graphic marks related to the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

  1. The services provided by SimpleTex to the user are provided "as is" and SimpleTex hereby expressly disclaims any express or implied warranties for the product, including but not limited to the applicability, accuracy, timeliness, sustainability, etc.
  2. Users understand and agree that they use the product at their own risk and that when using the product, they shall comply with the relevant provisions of local laws and SimpleTex shall not be liable for any damages or consequences caused by the user's actions except as expressly provided by law.
  3. In any case, SimpleTex is not responsible for any damage caused to the user due to any reasons such as network connection failure, communication lines, third party websites, computer hardware, etc., except as expressly provided by law.

11. Final Interpretation
